- Working principle:
The water supplied to the cooling tower contains many ions such as Mg2+, Ca2+… When the water evaporates, only H2O is lost, but the ions are still left in the cooling tower. Over time this ion concentration will increase. When the ion concentration reaches the saturation density, it will precipitate and form scale at the surface of the heat exchanger.
Ewater is a specially made device that actively attracts ions in the water before reaching saturation, so these ions cannot stick to the heat exchanger.
During the operation, a part of H2O will be split and combined to form Hydroxyl and Hypochlorous radicals (HOCL), these are two components with high oxidizing capacity, so algae and microorganisms will be inhibited and do not grow. , including Legionella bacteria.
