Electrolyte Ultrasonic Mold Cleaning machine – Cleanvy
Cleaning method of Cleanvy machine:
- Pour the cleaning agent into the tank, engough chemical to cover the electrode and mold.
- After putting the mold insert in the washing basket then put the anode electrode on.
- Hydrogen bubbles are generated on the dirty mold surface after turning on the power
- The scale is removed by ultrasonic waves and electrolysis without damaging the mold.
- The dirt is lifted up with air bubbles and then collected by the filter.
Technical charactectistics:
- No need to polish, wash by hand (multiple molds/parts can be washed at the same time)
- Romoves all dirt from uneven parts that the brush can not reach
- Can be heated to increase cleaning efficiency
- Reduce mold failure rate and increase mold life
Apllications: Plastics molds, rubber molds, and die casting molds.
